Adult Dek Hockey League

• 10 Games + Playoffs (season starts in January)
• Minimum of 8 players per team
• $100 team deposite due by January 1st
  
  Cost:
•  includes referee, scorekeeper, and rink time fees.
•  $100/player
  
  Insurance Registration:
• Coverage is good for one-year.
• Individual: $20 fee is required with registration for insurance coverage
• Team: insurance registration is included in the team cost

Games will be played:

• Games played on Sundays
• ALL games played on our indoor rink
• Three 15-minute running clock periods
• Standard Dek rules will apply. Fighting is not tolerated.
• Full payment due by 1st game

No exceptions. All payments are non-refundable. Personal Checks not accepted.
